Invertor (used this for cell phones or my InstaPot) things like that. MaxxAir Plus system to move air in and out, has sensors to close when it rains and also works as a ceiling fan closed. Table and benches convert to a Twin XL bed. We used a nice blow up mattress (comes with it) benches open for storage. False wall with window that opens so can sit inside and view out when bad weather. Or when beautiful weather can sit out back on the fold down composite decking. Has table that folds up and down under window outdoors so you can cook either in and serve out window or cook out back and pass things in. I used decking to lay out on and tan.
