Are there any mechanical issues?

The van has high miles on the original motor and transmission. However runs well.
A good starter van and is priced accordingly.

Can't see the interior or layout very clearly. Can you post pictures of where the tub and table are?

The tub is a full sized bathtub - clearly pictured in photo #4 and #6. The table is not the standard grooming table it is a counter that goes the length of the work space from the tub to the partition wall. This configuration has served me well for all these years with celebrity clients and lots of dogs and lots of cats!
FYI: This conversion was built by a professional RV builder.
