History:
A bakery company built it out in 2000-2020 then in 2020, a donut company in CA remodeled the entire inside except for the fridge, proofer and oven. Seller purchased in 2021. 

*No fryer, but it has the vent system set up for a fryer.
*The ceiling has two extra electrical wiring for hanging lights. We took them out because they didn’t fit our design, but it’s wired for them still.
*It’s an old base (1980), so there are parts that are slightly rusty, and the trailer is very heavy because of that old school solid steel base- which is a good thing against flipping or breaking but makes the trailer heavier than most food trailers.
