  This custom built 6 x 12 enclosed trailer functioned as a well known banana stand selling frozen, chocolate dipped bananas, dipped strawberries, dipped pretzel sticks and ice cream bowls! This food trailer is also a perfect prep and sell kitchen or commissary! It has the required hand sink + triple wash sink station, a full kitchen refrigerator, stainless steel prep counter with custom cut holes for a large crock pot and 3 toppings pans. A custom wood serving counter was also installed that includes a full size, locking cash drawer. Best of all, there is a full-size service window with screen + a custom ramp that comes down for catering service at private events. It also comes with  a mini split AC/heater + a unique ATS (automatic transfer switch for easy switching between power sources). Solar panels could be installed on top and would function with the ATS. The food trailer requires a 120v power source to operate.
